Job Description Senior technical writer to research and create high quality software documentation. Work directly with engineering, marketing, QA, testing, deployment, and others to define documentation requirements and realize them. Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and delivered on time with excellent quality. - In depth experience (minimum three years) developing documentation from scratch for technical teams spanning development, test, field test, and technical marketing - Excellent oral and written communication, interviewing, and project management skills. - Able to work highly independently and with team members that may span geographical and time zone boundaries - Proficiency with a variety of desktop publishing tools and formats, including Docbook XML, FrameMaker, Microsoft Word, and Javadoc - Proven ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects concurrently. - Familiar with cellular and mobile network technology - Experience with consumer electronics devices, such as mobile phones - Experience with software design and architecture terminology and diagramming
