Job Description Innovative Alternatives has an immediate need for a Technical Recruiter. This is a permanent position that offers a base salary (not a draw, and is negotiable based on experience), monthly commissions, benefits, and uncapped earning potential! As the number of orders we receive from our clients continues skyward, we found it necessary to expand our office space to make room for a few more key people. These key people will be responsible for: * Sourcing qualified candidates to fill contract and contract-to-hire positions * Contact candidates via phone and/or email * Qualify candidates’ aptitude and negotiate rates * Submit qualified candidates to client(s) * Follow up with candidates throughout the interview process * Close the deal!! The ideal person for this job will NOT need to match a laundry list of experience requirements. Basically, we are looking for someone who is a team player, has good working knowledge of technology concepts, and is money-motivated! All levels of experience will be considered.
