Job Description	Current assignment is to incorporate various types of processes into one common format, revise the process flows into swimlanes and hierarchical order. Also help prepare new process flows based on manager & team input. Also, experience in producing normal SDLC documentation, which includes requirements, design, testing, user acceptance testing, training/user guides, administration guides. Ability to run reports using SQL, Business Objects, or ability to learn new tool based on having experience in other reporting tools. Experience in IT asset management processes, which is the entire IT asset lifecycle, from request to procurement, to maintenance to disposal. As well as having experience with finance & purchasing applications. May require a Bachalor s degree in a related area and 10+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
