Job Description Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. May require a Bachalor s degree in a related area and 10+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Requires the individual to have strong communication skills and serve as a member of a large project team. The individual must be very experienced with Powerpoint, Excel, Word and MSproject to ensure accuracy and completeness of data and to ensure clear communication when setting expectations and tracking progress. The individual s responsibilities will include but are not limited to: creating powerpoint presentations, scheduling project related meetings, creating project agendas, facilitating meetings, taking meeting minutes, managing an electronic team room, planning tasks, tracking milestones, ensuring tasks are completed within time and budget constraints. The individual will participate in information-gathering meetings with Subject Matter Experts, vendors and users across such functional areas as: manufacturing, engineering, warehousing, IT infrastructure and quality distribution. The individual must maintain a solid understanding of the solution’s impact on business processes and on other IT systems
