Job Description	Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. May require a Bachelor s degree in a related area and 7-9 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Will be working as a Business/System Analyst (BSA) to support current IT systems and participate in system development and integration projects in a FDA regulated environment. Core job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Tasks include user support, requirement gathering and analysis, meeting facilitation, working with business personnel, developers and validartion team. Excellent communication skills managing difficult clients Strong meeting facilitation skills, Project coordination skills. Abbott experience, validation systems knowledge and Documentum knowledge prefered.
