Job Description	Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs. Analyzes software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Consults with hardware engineers and other engineering staff to evaluate interfaces between hardware, software, and operational and performance requirements of overall systems. Formulates and designs software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes and consequences of designs. Develops and directs software system testing procedures, programming, and documentation. Consults with customers concerning maintenance of software system. Coordinates installation of software systems. Candidate should have 3-5 years experience. The ETL Developer Lev II (Programmer/Analyst II) will be responsible for designing and implementing the ETL (Extract, Load, Transform) workflow to automate the load cycle for marketing campaign data that supports the Media Mixed Marketing (MMM) analysis project. The developer will work closely with the lead Data Analyst to integrate the ETL platform with the manual data collection process and with the DMAR technical team to load the marketing campaign data warehouse.
