Job Description	Overall Experience: 10+ Yrs. Position Description: Provide real time problem resolution to clients. Interact with applications support personnel, technical support personnel, project managers, and clients. Perform configuration management responsibilities. Develop and maintain system configurations. Maintain system access tables and resolve access problems. Perform network updates and rearrangements. Troubleshoot and resolve system problems. Monitor system performance. Proficient in specific system technologies as defined by the requesting manager. Good written and oral communication skills. Candidate should have 6+ years experience. This group is the operations team for WAMU.com. It is a small team within a large technical group for this division of WAMU. The environment is a fast paced, support and lab driven environment. We are looking for a Windows Engineer who has strong Microsoft skills. Solaris and Web Logic are nice to haves. This person will need to be a subject expert on code deployment. Will be working in a a lab environment doing break/fix work and looking at code errors and system errors. Important MUST HAVES...this person must have experience with large scale e-commerce sites using Windows technology. Will be looking for candidates who have scripting experience as well.
