Job Description Develop, create, and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions. Design software or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency. May analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team. The ideal candidate must have experience in embedded high level coding practices ( C and C++), real time operating systems, and embedded hardware. Knowledge of the following is desired: Clearcase, Unix, MCORE, ARM. Proficiency in C and experience in C++ is required. Proficiency with Java and web related technologies a plus. Prior experience in the wireless handset development industry desired. The candidate must have strong interpersonal and effective written and oral communications skills, and problem solving abilities. Ability to work in a dynamic environment with developers and partners in multiple countries is a must. Perform software debugging of various software components and applications.
