Job Description Job Description: Provide factory financial support through the processing of journal entries, account reconciliations, application of NYS sales tax treatment, and assigning proper approval levels to TIGERS requisitions, assisting in A/P terms treatment, acting as key contact for e-TIME inquiries, developing headcount and other monthly reports, and providing analysis for mbr’s. Expand knowledge through ad-hoc activities as required to support the operational activities of factory finance organization including, but not limited to, month end, outlook, plan / forecast, internal controls, and reserves. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and elementary understanding of double entry accounting required; 1-3 years accounting experience preferred; SAP and/or Oracle G/L system experience and Hyperion Essbase reporting system experience a plus. Education: Bachelor s Degree
