Job Description Review Engineering Change Notices (ECN) to verify life cycle operated correctly & all changes are incorporated when notified. Generate and analyze PDM Pending Notice and Incorporation Notice Reports. Contact reviewers and incorporators. Reassign PDM Notices as required. Approve Notices for users as required. Analyze monthly metric report on non-15 day compliance. Create new workflow routings using existing roles (and their conditions). Revise existing workflows with existing roles. Change people in existing roles. For Configure-To-Order (CTO): Maintain role assignment changes for Oracle workflow & key flow. Analyze & correct Notices, Instructions, item numbers, and New Part Requests (NPR) that fail a process step in the life cycle. Query, analyze, and correct ECNs that stop in the life cycle. Assist CTO facilitator in creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting CTO configurations in PDM. Represent Configuration Management in the review of ePIMS release requirements and release testing. Analyze & initiate bug and enhancement requests for software tools. Analyze software application tool update information. Analyze & apply software application tool update information. Provide input on issues relating to life cycle process failures and bugs. Review test procedures for life cycle enhancements and bug fixes. Produce and troubleshoot monthly metric reports. Assist PDM users with PDM functions including the creation of all PDM Notices. Work with Design Engineering, Component Engineering, Engineering Management, Marketing, & Software Engineering & others as required. Contribute experience & knowledge to corporate initiatives and customer focused needs. Train co-workers & others. Perform duties of co-workers. Working ability of MS Office Excel and Word applications is required. Familiarity with PDM or other object-oriented database application is useful.
